We are looking for a Manager, Data Operations to join our Digital & Information Systems division.

This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative and operationally focused leader who is passionate about enabling reliable, effective data platforms and analytics services. In this role, you will lead data platform operations and support the delivery, operationalization, and ongoing support of enterprise data, analytics, and platform solutions. You will work closely with delivery, architecture, operations, security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to align priorities, manage dependencies, support service performance, and ensure data solutions are production-ready, reliable, and aligned with business needs.

• Have a proven ability to build trust, coach employees, and create an accountable team environment where people are supported to do their best work
• Can use operational insights, service trends, and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities that improve data platform stability, reliability, and user experience
• Can assess competing priorities, manage operational risks, and make thoughtful decisions that support stable, secure, and effective data services
• Bring strong judgment, communication skills, and the ability to translate technical and operational information for diverse stakeholders
• Are comfortable balancing short-term delivery needs with long-term data platform roadmaps, operating models, governance, security, and continuous improvement

These skills are typically acquired through a four-year degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study, such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or Business, along with eight years of experience comprised of four years of leadership experience and four years supporting or delivering enterprise-scale data platforms, analytics solutions, or technology operations, including service management, platform operations, or solution delivery enablement.
