Enhance Sport + Wellness is a thriving, multi-disciplinary clinic in the heart of downtown Maple Ridge, BC. We provide physiotherapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, kinesiology, acupuncture, team/sport specific training, and reiki, all under one roof.

Our practice is deeply rooted in the local sports community. We proudly provide both care and funding to many Maple Ridge sports teams/clubs.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate Registered Physiotherapist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a sport-focused environment and loves helping patients and athletes of all levels—from weekend warriors to elite competitors—return to peak performance.

• Location: 22718 Lougheed Highway, Maple Ridge, BC
• Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time, evenings and weekends
• Compensation: Highly competitive compensation split

What You Will Do

• Assess, diagnose, and treat a diverse caseload of orthopaedic and sports injuries.
• Build personalized, active treatment plans emphasizing movement, strength, and longevity.
• Collaborate daily with our in-house multi-disciplinary team for holistic patient care.
• Keep accurate, timely electronic medical records using Janeapp.

What We Are Looking For

• Licensure: Full registration with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia (CPTBC).
• Education: Dedication to professional development, maintaining all ongoing CPTBC continuing education guidelines.
• Mindset: A strong interest or background in sports physiotherapy and manual therapy.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with patients and peers.

Bonus Assets (Not Required)

• Training in Concussion Management and/or Vestibular Rehabilitation.
• Certification in IMS / Dry Needling.
• A desire to get involved with our local sports team partnerships (field coverage, community events, or athletic development initiatives).
