Schedule: Monday to Friday

Central Sled & Cycle is one of Alberta’s fastest-growing powersports dealerships, specializing in ATVs, motorcycles, and side-by-sides. We’re expanding our leadership team and are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee all financial operations within the dealership.

Role Overview

The Controller will manage accounting processes, financial reporting, cash flow, and month-end procedures. This is a key operational role requiring strong dealership accounting experience and a high level of accuracy, organization, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting and financial operations
• Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
• Handle month-end and year-end closing
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Support inventory accounting and deal postings in the DMS

Qualifications

• Dealership accounting experience (required)
• Experience with Lightspeed DMS (major asset)
• 2+ years accounting experience preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
• Close attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
