Friday: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Monday to Thursday: 11:00AM - 4:30PM

Monday to Thursday: 4:00PM - 9:30PM
Friday: 4:30PM-8:30PM
Monday to Thursday: 4:30PM - 10:00PM
Friday: 5:00PM - 9:00PM
Note: This schedule is subject to change. Incumbent will be required to work nights and weekends.
Job Description Summary
As a Hospitality Associate you will be representing McMaster University Hospitality Services. You must follow all guidelines on the Hospitality employee quick fact sheet.
Experience working fast paced food stations an asset.
Must be able to work in a very busy environment keeping up with customer demands with a focus on maintaining Chat Time customer transaction times.
Communicate with customers and co-workers effectively, greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
Maintain accurate temperature, cleaning and sanitizing logs.
Required to successfully complete all Chat Time training.
Must always maintain all Chat Time recipes, standards and protocols.
Must be able to operate a POS station completing Moneris and student card transactions. A POS operations test may be required.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of shelves, work areas, floors, walls, counters and all equipment.
Must be able to occasionally lift to up 50lbs.
Must be able to work well as a team member and independently.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Education & Experience
Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Previous experience in a fast-paced food production area.
Must have good communication, reading, writing and English skills.
