Role Overview
The Warehouse & Receiving Associate keeps our Richmond warehouse organised and running smoothly. This role covers inventory management and counting, receiving and processing incoming shipments, and supporting the day-to-day flow of product between our warehouse, retail, and e-commerce operations. You will help keep stock accurate and fulfilment on track, while looking for ways to improve how the warehouse runs.
- Reports to: General Manager
- Location: Richmond, B.C.
- Compensation: $21–$25 per hour
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Eligibility: Authorized to work in Canada
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Stock Management
- Count and reconcile inventory, maintaining accurate stock levels across the warehouse
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory counts, investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Keep product organised, labelled, and easy to locate
- Update and maintain inventory records in our management system, keeping stock counts current as product moves in and out
Receiving & Incoming Shipments
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments from vendors and brand partners
- Verify deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips, flagging shortages, damages, or errors
- Unpack, sort, and put away incoming stock efficiently and accurately
Fulfilment & Operations Support
- Support order picking, packing, and fulfilment for online and retail orders
- Coordinate stock transfers between the warehouse and our retail location
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well organised
- Identify and suggest improvements to warehouse processes, layout, and workflow
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a warehouse, receiving, inventory, or logistics role
- High attention to detail with a focus on inventory accuracy
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently
- Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and being on your feet
- Comfortable working in inventory management systems (e.g. Shopify) to keep stock data accurate and up to date
- Interest in cycling, running, or technical gear is a plus
