We're looking for a passionate fundraising professional who can build meaningful donor relationships and help advance TCF Canada's mission.

About the Role

As our Donor Engagement Officer, you'll play a central role in growing our philanthropic support by cultivating strong, lasting relationships with major donors and high-net-worth individuals. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, you'll help shape and drive our donor engagement strategy. If you're a relationship-driven fundraiser who thrives on connecting people with causes that matter, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, cultivate, and manage relationships with major donors and high-net-worth individuals to increase philanthropic support and long-term engagement.
• Develop and execute personalized donor stewardship and solicitation strategies, including regular meetings, proposals, impact reports, and follow-up plans.
• Identify, research, and qualify prospective major donors through networks, referrals, events, and database analysis to grow the donor pipeline.
• Track donor interactions, maintain accurate records within the CRM system, and monitor fundraising progress against established goals and targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fundraising experience or experience in a similar environment
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system
• Strong communication skills, both written and over the phone
• Valid driver's license preferred
