The brand new TownePlace Suites by Marriott Tecumseh Windsor is looking for our next great associate!

This role will be a full-time position, providing administrative duties to the General Manager and Finance Manager, who are both in complex roles overseeing two hotels. Previous experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and benefits is an asset.

  • You're highly flexible and able to quickly adapt to changing priorities
  • You're excellent at identifying and articulating problems and influencing decision-makers
  • You're highly organized, self-motivated, customer-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • You're accurate, thorough and pay close attention to the details. You understand the importance of being correct.
  • You're familiar with outlook, excel and adaptable to various programs in conjunction with financials, invoicing and payroll
  • Provide administrative support to the GM and Finance Manager as requested
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity through all courses of actions
