Wave Health is a multidisciplinary health clinic opening Q4 2026 on Calgary's iconic 4th Street in Mission. The Opportunity

• Purpose-built private treatment rooms and a full rehab gym for active rehab, exercise progression, and group programming
• Clinical-grade equipment and technology throughout, including shockwave and laser therapy
• Digital exercise prescription and a modern tech stack built around Jane — light admin, more patient time
• A collaborative, referral-driven environment across nine disciplines, so your patients get connected care and you get a steady internal referral network

Who You Are

• A physiotherapist registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta, with professional liability insurance
• Experienced and patient-centred, with a commitment to active, evidence-informed treatment over passive-modality-heavy care
• Confident building exercise-based rehab plans and comfortable using a gym as a clinical tool
• Collaborative, approachable, and professional without ego
• Excited to shape a new clinic — its protocols, its culture, its patient experience — from the start
