Parker Huggett - A Division of LRO Staffing
Project Administrator - Permanent - 3264
About the Opportunity

- Support project managers with day-to-day administration on active construction projects
- Prepare, track, and maintain contracts, change orders, subcontractor files, RFIs, and project close-out documentation
- Track project budgets, schedules, and invoicing alongside the project management team
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to keep documentation moving at the pace of the build
- Assist with meeting minutes, correspondence, and general project reporting
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- 1-3 years of experience in project administration, coordination, or a related support role, ideally in construction or a technical/trades environment
- Owns documentation and deadlines without needing to be chased
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable learning project management software such as Procore
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Based in, or open to relocating to, Kelowna, Calgary, or Edmonton
About the Job
