Nottawasaga Mechanical of Wasaga Beach has been delivering comfort to the Georgian Triangle area, including Collingwood, Stayner, Thornbury, Blue Mountains, Midland, Barrie, Caledon, Owen Sound, Meaford, Mulmur, and everywhere in between as a plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning and refrigeration contractor since 1986.

Who Should Apply?

We are in search of a Sales Representative - HVAC to join our team! This is a Base + Commission Sales position and allows for a flexible work schedule and hybrid home/office work arrangement.

You will be responsible for

• Attending client homes to assess their residential heating, cooling, and hot water retrofit needs.
• Prepare and present customized mechanical solutions and pricing to clients, answer their questions, explain payment options and incentives, and guide their pre-installation preparation.
• Document and communicate all relevant details to your admin, purchasing, and installation teams for implementation.
• Follow up with your clients after their work is complete to ensure they know how to operate and maintain their equipment and systems properly and safely.
• Be highly organized and motivated and ensure that Nottawasaga Mechanical's high standard of customer service and communication is upheld in all dealings.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the residential HVAC industry, its best practices, and safety requirements.
• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• The ability to empathize and communicate with clients in need.
• Multitasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Accurate, detail-oriented reporting, project planning, and implementation.

Licence requirements

• A valid G Driver's License, with a clean abstract is a must.
• A relevant trade license is an asset.
