Role Description

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer for a full-time, hybrid role based in Edmonton, AB.

What to Expect

  • Hybrid role based in Edmonton, Alberta
  • Lead design and analysis of complex power systems
  • Perform power flow, short circuit, arc flash, and protection studies
  • Oversee electrical designs, testing, and commissioning
  • Mentor junior engineers and collaborate cross-functionally

What You'll Do

  • Design generation, transmission, and distribution systems
  • Develop technical specifications and protection schemes
  • Lead innovation and standardization initiatives
  • Support sales with technical proposals
  • Perform root cause analysis and technical documentation
  • Coordinate PCB, mechanical, safety, and manufacturing activities

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 5+ years of industry experience in power systems
  • P.Eng. designation
  • Experience with UPS systems and industrial plant environments
