Opportunity
We’re excited to welcome Hearing Care Providers to our clinic in Burnaby, BC. This role is perfect for someone passionate about patient care and eager to engage in community outreach. We’re looking for individuals who not only have experience in diagnostics, prescribing, dispensing, and servicing hearing aids but also bring a self-starter mentality, an owner’s mindset, and a growth-oriented attitude. If you excel in counseling and communication and thrive in a supportive environment that fosters professional development and innovation, we’d love to hear from you. This is a full-time, permanent position where you can make a significant impact and grow with us.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with patients through comprehensive care, from initial consultations to follow-up.
- Conduct audiometric testing, recommend suitable hearing aids, and ensure personalized fitting and programming.
- Engage in oral rehabilitation and ongoing patient care.
- Expand our patient base through proactive pipeline management.
- Collaborate in community outreach and educational initiatives.
Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in managing a high patient volume.
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to positivity and professionalism.
- Self-starter mentality with a growth mindset.
- Deep compassion and respect for patients.
- Experience in vestibular, cochlear, tinnitus management and ENT testing is advantageous.
