About the Role

Discovery Acres Recovery & Wellness is a men's only recovery and wellness facility dedicated to supporting adult men on their recovery journey in a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.

We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Program Facilitator to join our team. In this role, you will help create a positive, structured environment for our clients while making a meaningful difference in their daily lives and long-term recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients throughout their recovery journey with empathy and professionalism.
• Help maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment.
• Encourage client participation in daily programs and activities.
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
• Build respectful and professional relationships with clients.
• Follow organizational policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in recovery support, community services, or a related field is considered an asset.
• Passion for helping others and working as part of a supportive team.
• Ability to work in a professional, client-focused environment.
