YXE AUTO is seeking an experienced Dealership Controller to oversee our financial operations. You will manage the accounting team, execute payroll, maintain internal controls, and ensure accurate financial reporting. As a key member of the leadership team, you will partner with the General Manager and Dealer Principal to drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Prepare accurate monthly Stellantis financial statements.
• Payroll Administration: Process accurate semi-monthly and monthly payroll.
• Commission Calculation: Verify and calculate complex sales commission structures.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the dealership accounting staff.
• Internal Controls: Implement policies to safeguard company assets.
• Cash Flow: Monitor daily cash, factory accounts, and floor plan lines.
• Tax Compliance: Oversee PST, GST, payroll deductions, and T4 filings.
• Audit Prep: Coordinate year-end reviews with external auditors.

Ideal Qualifications and Background

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years as an automotive dealership Controller.
• Software: Direct, hands-on proficiency with Quorum XSellerator DMS is required.
• Payroll Knowledge: Experience managing Canadian payroll regulations and deductions.
• Brand Knowledge: Familiarity with Stellantis (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) operating reports is preferred.
• Education: CPA designation or a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance is highly desirable.
• Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
