Serve as the professional face of building security — delivering hotel-quality concierge service and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for residents and guests in high-rise communities across Windsor and Essex County.

Job Responsibilities

Deliver hotel-style front desk concierge service, including resident access management, visitor registration, and lobby administration

Maintain a professional presence and continuously build a positive reputation as the visible face of building security

Resolve conflicts calmly and effectively using communication and de-escalation, ensuring property rules and regulations are consistently upheld

Provide timely support to Property Management, contractors, and on-site staff as required

Demonstrate a proactive commitment to ongoing training, including emergency response procedures and communications protocols

Qualifications

Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence in good standing (or actively working toward one)

2+ years of proven customer service experience — hospitality or concierge background is a strong asset

Outgoing, people-first personality comfortable with high-volume resident and visitor interaction

Enthusiastic team player who takes pride in delivering quality service under pressure

Ability to manage multiple situations simultaneously while maintaining composure and service standards

Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification is an asset

Additional industry certifications (Use of Force, NFPA, First Aid) are an advantage

Professional appearance and demeanour; availability for days, evenings, or overnights
