Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Previous commercial greenhouse or growing experience is strongly preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with greenhouse climate control and automation systems.
  • Physical Requirements: Lifting up to 30 lbs, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking, attention to detail
  • Flexibility: Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule to respond to operational needs and greenhouse alarms when required.
