Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate Educational Assistant to provide individualized support to two (2) students in their home-based learning environments.

Rate per hour: $23 to $29

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Educational Assistant Certificate/Behaviour Intervention training is an asset but not required
• Experience supporting students who use Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) tools and strategies, as well as emotional regulation supports, is an asset but not required.
• Experience using TouchChat is considered an asset.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a home-based learning environment.
• Ability to reliably travel to and work at the student’s home-based learning location.
