The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience and be able to manage files independently, although lawyers with 2+ years of strong immigration experience will also be considered. Experience in both Canadian and U.S. immigration is preferred, but candidates with expertise in one jurisdiction and an interest in expanding into the other are encouraged to apply.
