Position Overview

As a Civil/Structural Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the planning, design, and execution of various luxury rental projects and commercial builds. You will collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee construction projects including luxury rentals and commercial buildings.
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project requirements.
  • Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to facilitate cross-functional teamwork.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
  • Assist in project budget estimation and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and provide solutions to any challenges that arise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineer
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Manitoba or eligibility for registration.
  • Experience in leading a team is an asset
  • Stamping & Compliance experience.
  • Wood-Frame Experience
