Foundry Operations Manager

our foundry needs an on-the-floor supervisor who is focused and passionate about people and processes.

Knowledge of basic foundry principles is a plus but mostly we need someone who believes in our business philosophy of achieving remarkable results by properly supporting our highly dedicated employees.

We need a leader that thinks like an owner, is willing to be accountable for their results, and ensures their team has everything they need to win! In the past 24 months, we have completed our second expansion, and made significant investments in robotics, automation, new production cells and CNC and foundry equipment. Our 100,000 sq.ft. facility currently houses 9 pouring lines, 2 heat treating lines and 22 machining centers.

We have recently added multiple new, high-profile North American OEM's to our customer base and are embarking on our next level of growth. To support this growth, we have an immediate need on our Leadership Team.

As Foundry Operations Manager, you will have full departmental ownership and accountability for foundry operations, from people to plant, processes to profitability.
