Warehouse Coordinator

One-Year Term

We are seeking a warehouse coordinator to join the Little Brown Jug team for a one-year term. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, hard worker who can work independently and maintain exceptional organization. The warehouse coordinator will be responsible for shipping/receiving, transfers and some deliveries, warehouse organization, and inventory tracking at Little Brown Jug's off-site warehouse located on Red Fife Road.

Little Brown Jug is a production brewery on the edge of Winnipeg’s Exchange District. Since opening in December 2016, Little Brown Jug has built a driven, professional, dynamic team that is encouraged to take initiative and provide input into business decisions.

• Oversee all warehouse organization, communication, and operational logistics

• Maintain and improve facility inventory control physically and electronically

• Maintain and improve replenishment order processes, prepare orders

• Prepare and secure all outgoing loads

• Load delivery van daily

• Receive and organize all shipments, using forklift as needed

• Complete transfers using 5-tonne truck

• Deliver to accounts as assigned, including providing backup for delivery driver role

• Maintain equipment preventative\maintenance schedules

• Pack finished product as needed

• Start and end day at LBJ warehouse on Red Fife Rd.

• A valid class 5 MB driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract

• Ability to drive single axle, 24ft truck with power tailgate while following rules of the road

• Able to maneuver 50kg kegs

• Forklift & pallet jack experience

• Strong work ethic and ability to provide friendly customer service

• Strong team player

• Ability to learn electronic systems for warehouse tracking
