Our client – a well-known IP boutique in Toronto - is looking for a Trademark Agent to join its team. The idea candidate will be CPATA-licensed and have at least 3 years' experience in trademark searches, clearance, renewals, applications, reclassifications, assignments, and related areas. USTO and WIPO experience a huge plus, as are solid client interaction skills.
