Warehouse General Labourer

Job purpose: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Warehouse General Labourer for a summer contract position. This is a physically active role that involves a mix of warehouse duties and general labour support, including assistance with preparations for an upcoming building move.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general labor tasks such as dismantling racking, packing skids, and preparing materials for relocation
• Receive and unpack deliveries from suppliers
• Perform inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock levels
• Support with product put-away and basic merchandising tasks
• Investigate and help resolve inventory discrepancies
• Operate a forklift (training will be provided, if required)
• Process internal stock transfers between departments or locations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements

• High School Education (preferred)
• Shipping and/or receiving (an asset)
• Forklift experience (as asset)
• Must be able to manipulate stock weighing up to 50lbs
• Functional communication in English and/or French
