COMMERCIAL PLACEMENT & MARKETING COORDINATOR

WINNIPEG – FULL-TIME – HYBRID

THE EMPLOYER

• Supports brokers in both personal and commercial lines
• Collaborative, team-oriented culture

THE POSITION

• Provide administrative and marketing support to the commercial underwriting team
• Key liaison between underwriters, brokers, insurers and internal staff
• Assist with insurer placements and maintain broker and insurer relationships
• Coordinate marketing initiatives, process policy transactions, and ensure all underwriting documentation are completed accurately
• Coordinate quotes, terms, and supporting documentation from insurers
• Set up and process new business, renewal, endorsement, and cancellation transactions

MUST HAVES

• 1+ years of commercial insurance experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
• Self-motivated team player with a willingness to learn and take initiative
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
