Senior Legal Counsel

5-10 years | Vancouver

We’re working with a Canadian-headquartered, global digital infrastructure company, looking to hire a Senior Legal Counsel for their head office in Vancouver.

This role will be a broad mix of mainly general corporate work, corporate M&A transactional as the company grows by acquisition, and commercial technology contracting. You’ll be reporting to the General Counsel and working closely with the C-suite day-to-day. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience across those areas, an entrepreneurial nature, and keen to be part of a high growth tech company.
