We are looking for a Manager, Premises Strategy and Operations to support the planning, management, and evolution of our advisory office footprint across Canada. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between advisory teams, Corporate Properties, and third-party vendors to ensure effective premises operations, strategic space planning, and a consistent experience across our national office network.

What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day premises operations and issue resolution across approximately 50 advisory offices nationwide
  • Act as the primary business contact for facilities and premises vendors, including oversight of vendor performance and service delivery
  • Partner with Corporate Properties on lease renewals, office refresh initiatives, relocations, closures, and space planning activities
  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of nationally consistent premises policies, practices, and governance processes
  • Lead planning, implementation, communications, and change management activities for premises-related initiatives
  • Provide business input into real estate portfolio decisions, office design strategies, and evolving workspace requirements
  • Collaborate with field leaders to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and manage premises-related budgets and expenses
  • Monitor office portfolio data, including capacity, lease commitments, costs, risks, and future space requirements, to support strategic decision-making

What you will bring

  • 7+ years of experience in premises management, facilities management, operations, project coordination, business planning, or a related field
  • Post-secondary education in business, operations, facilities management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proven ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships across diverse stakeholder groups and cross-functional teams
  • Experience leading or supporting organizational change initiatives and managing associated communications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop practical, business-focused solutions
  • Financial acumen with experience supporting budgets, forecasting, and expense management
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with leaders, vendors, and business partners at all levels
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on innovation, process optimization, and enhancing the advisor and customer experience

The base salary for this position is between $86,600 - $144,300 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
