As a Senior Site Superintendent, you will play a critical leadership role overseeing major construction projects while mentoring site teams and contributing to the successful delivery of high-profile developments across Winnipeg and the surrounding region.

What You"ll Do

  • Lead all site operations for large-scale commercial, institutional, healthcare, and multi-family construction projects from mobilization through turnover.
  • Develop, maintain, and drive project schedules while coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal project teams.
  • Mentor Assistant Superintendents, field staff, and trade partners while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and high performance.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Manage site logistics, manpower planning, sequencing, and risk mitigation strategies to maintain project milestones.
  • Monitor project progress, productivity, and budgets while proactively identifying and resolving field-related challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor delivering commercial, institutional, healthcare, or multi-family projects.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects valued at $20M+ with responsibility for site execution, scheduling, safety, and quality.
  • Demonstrated success leading large site teams, including Assistant Superintendents, coordinators, and subcontractors.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, scheduling, site logistics, and project planning.
  • Experience using scheduling software and coordinating detailed construction schedules throughout all project phases.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a collaborative, client-focused approach.
  • Journeyperson certification, Construction Management education, Engineering background, or equivalent industry experience is considered an asset.
