Raffle & Engagement Experience Coordinator

The True North Youth Foundation is now hiring a Raffle & Engagement Experience Coordinator to create memorable moments for our winners while growing support for youth in our community.
What to be excited for in this role:
- Coordinate raffle operations, participant inquiries, subscriptions, winner communications and prize fulfillment.
- Supports player acquisition and retention initiatives and assists with the delivery of fundraising events, raffles and auctions, contributing to the continued growth and success of TNYF’s fundraising programs.
- Manage the 50/50 subscription program, including communications, rewards, retention and reporting.
- Lead the Winner’s Circle and manage the winner’s experience from initial notification and prize fulfillment through recognition and ongoing engagement.
- Develop and coordinate winner stories, photos, videos and testimonials for marketing campaigns.
- Support email, SMS and digital campaigns focused on player acquisition, retention and engagement.
- Assist with fundraising events, raffles and auctions, including prize logistics.
- Collaborate with marketing, game production, finance, partnerships and other True North departments.
- Identify opportunities to improve participant experience, engagement and fundraising revenue.
- Participate in TNSE’s Adopt-a-Class program and other organizational initiatives.
- Perform other duties as required that align with the responsibilities of the role and the needs of the organization.
What we need from you
- Experience in customer service, fundraising, marketing, events, communications, sales or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with winners, participants, donors, partners and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience developing or coordinating digital communications, including email, SMS and social or digital content.
- An understanding of customer or participant acquisition, engagement and retention strategies.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- A creative and proactive approach to storytelling and content development.
- Ability to capture and develop authentic stories through interviews, photos, basic video and testimonials.
- Comfort working collaboratively across multiple departments and with external partners.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
- A genuine interest in community impact and a passion for the mission of the True North Youth Foundation.
- Experience in sports, entertainment, fundraising, nonprofit organizations, gaming/raffles, events or customer engagement would be considered an asset.
- Successful applicant will be required to provide Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Flexible schedule, with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
