Business Analyst

Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you:

• Accompany managers, ITB teams and clients in defining business needs, objectives, issues, scope and orientations of the solutions to be implemented.
• Carry out business analysis activities and produce key design deliverables, including opportunity studies, preliminary analyses, business solutions and impact analyses.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of needs, directions, and proposed solutions.
• Ensure the transition of the design work to the detailed architecture and delivery teams, while carrying out the necessary follow-up.
• Conduct benchmarking and inventory of similar initiatives in other organizations.

The profile sought is as follows

• Have a good command of business analysis methods and practices, including business process modeling, recognized reference frameworks (BABOK, TOGAF or equivalent) as well as modeling standards such as UML.
• Have a minimum of six (6) years of experience in information technology, including a minimum of four (4) years as a business analyst.
• Have participated, in the last eight (8) years, in at least two (2) business analysis projects, with a minimum contribution of 240 person-days per project.
