About the Role

KOMP is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst – Workforce & Employment to support employment compliance, worker-classification reviews, and workforce risk monitoring across multiple jurisdictions. This role will help translate regulatory requirements into practical and scalable workforce processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research employment and workforce regulations across jurisdictions.
  • Support employee and contractor classification assessments.
  • Monitor regulatory and employment-law developments.
  • Maintain compliance documentation, records, and review frameworks.
  • Assist with workforce risk assessments and compliance audits.
  • Work closely with HR, Legal, Operations, and Product teams.
  • Help translate regulatory requirements into operational workflows.
  • Support compliance reporting and ongoing monitoring initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in employment compliance, HR compliance, workforce risk, or related areas.
  • Knowledge of employee and independent-contractor classification.
  • Strong research, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Experience working across multiple jurisdictions preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
