Bakery Decorator (Oakridge)

Wage: 15.30 – 16.01 – 17.77 – 19.49 – 21.56 – 23.66*

** Level 6 available if hired prior to October 24, 2005

The Bakery Decorator is responsible to ensure customer service is provided through maintaining a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all Company policies, procedures and standards. Provides direction and supervision to the Bakery Utility Clerks in the absence of the Bakery Supervisor.

MINIMUM / ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: • Grade 12 or an acceptable combination of education and experience.

• Combination of bakery and decorating training and experience.

• Must pass in-house Bakery Decorator testing.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

• Supervisory experience.

• S.A.I.T. or Wilton Decorating course or equivalent experience.

***Employee’s must successfully complete and maintain the following courses:

• Foodwise #14 (within one year)

• Occupational Health and Safety courses as required.
