Key Duties

  • Operate automatic palletizing equipment.
  • Operate Tray Pak equipment.
  • Operate the jug table and sleeve machine.
  • Perform hand palletizing activities.
  • Follow HACCP, GMP, food safety, and company requirements.
  • Monitor finished products for specification compliance, filler temperatures, weights, and coding accuracy.
  • Monitor sanitation programs and solution concentrations.
  • Perform allergen control verification and environmental monitoring activities.
  • Conduct product sampling and testing activities.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Forklift certification and ability to operate hand jacks and forklifts.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
