Key Responsibilities- Family Practice- Walk-In Practice

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, and examinations
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions across all age groups
Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and goals
Provide preventative healthcare services, including health screenings, immunizations and wellness counselling.
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, allied healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health promotion and lifestyle management
Stay current with advancements in family medicine, clinical guidelines and best practices
