Risk Management Consultant

THE POSITION

• Advise clients on risk management, insurance solutions, and claims support
• Exposure to captive management, and complex financial analysis
• Manage policy renewals, coverage terms, and compliance documentation
• Drive business development through proposals, RFPs, & new client opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team learning and collaboration

MUST HAVES

• RIBO, Level II General License, CIP, or CRM designation
• 5-7 years’ experience managing construction insurance and risk portfolios
• Strong background in commercial insurance for large industry
• Skilled in contract/lease insurance terms and negotiations
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational, communication, and client relationship skills
