• Understanding the company and the processes
• Applying best safety practices
• Developing standard work processes
• Conducting:
  • Product analysis and reporting
  • Measurement system analysis
  • Statistical analysis
• Project will be assigned at beginning of term
  • Improvement project to be completed by end of term
  • Regular project updates expected
  • Project presentation to stakeholders upon completion

• Education required: Engineering students available for 8 months starting Winter co-op work term and in good academic standing; Chemical Engineering preferred
• With previous co-op experience required
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Meet or exceed strict deadlines
• Ability to analyze and communicate information effectively and accurately
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
