Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Customer Experience Manager to work on a contract basis. Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing and delivering effective front-end operations and expectations. Lead the omnichannel processes and maintain store recovery standards to deliver brand promises.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver effective front-end operations to meet customer expectations.

• Lead omnichannel processes to ensure seamless customer interactions across channels.

• Maintain store recovery standards to uphold brand promises.

• Assist store manager in ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and company programs.

• Plan and lead the execution of class and in-store events in accordance with company programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience managing front-end operations in a retail or customer-facing environment is required.

• Knowledge of omnichannel processes and customer engagement strategies is required.

• Ability to maintain store recovery standards and uphold brand promises is required.

• Experience assisting with inventory processes, including return to vendor and advance shipping notice activities, is preferred.

• Ability to train, observe, and coach customer experience teams to achieve results is required.
