We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented SeniorHR Generalistto support the

Human Resources function in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will

have experience with BambooHR, familiarity with payroll processes, and a strong

understanding of HR administration, employee lifecycle management, and compliance

requirements.

- Assist with payroll processing, payroll audits, and employee payroll inquiries.

- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation

of employment documentation.

- Coordinate new hire orientation and employee training activities.

- Administer employee benefits enrollment, changes, and employee

communications.

- Prepare employment letters, contracts, and other HR documentation.

- Ensure personnel files are accurate, complete, and compliant with company

policies and legislative requirements.

- Generate HR reports and maintain workforce data analytics.

- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and

payroll.

- Support HR projects, initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.

- Experience working with pharmacy regulatory and licensing bodies.

- Perform other administrative and HR-related duties as assigned.

- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related

field.

- Experience using BambooHR (HRIS and/or Payroll modules) is an asset.

- Familiarity with payroll processes, employment standards, and HR best

practices.

- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

- Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

This is a Monday to Friday in office position with working hours 9:00am to 5:00pm
