Atlas Structural Systems is a manufacturer specializing in the design and manufacture of pre-engineered structural systems for commercial and residential construction projects in Eastern Canada and the US. • Creating and logging all quotes and orders.
• Gathering and managing customer information in the management system.
• Coordinate paperwork and files to EWP order picker.
• Preparation of all site packages and information to customers.
• Following up on previously quoted projects.
• Preparation of simple quotations to customers, i.e., stock trusses or EWP.
• Managing undersigned orders to ensure deadlines for picking and/or production are met.
• Assist in logistics and provide back-up when necessary.

• High school or college diploma, and/or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a sales position.
• Construction experience is considered an asset.
• Customer service is considered an asset.
• Capable of reading and interpreting architectural drawings.
• High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and well organized.
• Capable of managing multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
• Self-starter capable of coordinating several teams to achieve goals.
• Proven experience using engineering, estimating, or drafting software.
