Responsibilities

  • Handle employment and labour matters from intake through resolution
  • Represent clients in wrongful dismissal, severance, workplace, and human rights matters
  • Draft legal documents, correspondence, and settlement materials
  • Negotiate settlements and provide strategic legal advice
  • Manage multiple files, deadlines, and client communications independently

Requirements

  • Member in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta
  • Experience in labour & employment and/or civil litigation
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and client-management skills
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
