Our client, a well-established national distributor, is looking for a driven

Account Manager to grow its business across the Greater Sudbury market. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk account management role. They want someone who is comfortable getting out into the market, prospecting, knocking on doors, and turning new relationships into long-term customers.

The Opportunity

You’ll be given the backing, resources, and reputation of an established national organization — but the opportunity to grow the territory is yours. Most importantly, your commission is uncapped. The more business you build, the more you earn.

What You’ll Do

• Hunt for and develop new business throughout the Sudbury market
• Prospect, cold call, network, and make face-to-face customer visits
• Identify and open new accounts
• Build strong relationships with contractors, commercial and industrial customers
• Grow existing accounts while maintaining a strong focus on new business
• Develop your territory and build a sustainable pipeline
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver strong customer service

What We’re Looking For

• A proven sales hunter who enjoys winning new business
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable cold calling and walking into prospective customers
• Experience in outside sales, territory sales, business development, or account management
• Industrial, construction, wholesale, distribution, or B2B sales experience is an asset
• Electrical industry experience is valued but not required
• Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable managing your own territory
