Account Executive, New Business — Own new business for a European commercial real estate platform. Toronto.

Our client is a European platform for managing commercial real estate operations — warehouse, logistics, retail, and multi-site portfolios — supporting over 250 million m² of real estate across 35+ countries.

They're hiring an Account Executive to own new business development for a defined Canada territory and named-account set: build your own pipeline, run enterprise deals end to end, and land expansion-ready customer wins.

What You'll Do

→ Build and manage a new business quota with a defined territory plan

→ Qualify opportunities with MEDDICC and build multi-threaded stakeholder relationships

→ Negotiate deals worth $25k–$100k+ with multi-country expansion potential

→ Maintain strong forecast accuracy and CRM discipline

What We're Looking For

→ 5+ years in B2B software or complex tech sales with new business quota ownership

→ English Required, French At Business Level Preferred

→ MEDDICC or equivalent structured sales methodology experience

Competitive base salary with uncapped commission and accelerators.
