Requirements

  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in Acorn Piping/Spool Fab, MS Word and Excel.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Independence and Teamwork: Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Valid Driver’s License: Required for employment.

Experience in These Areas Is an Asset

  • QA/QC Implementation: Ensure compliance with requirements at the shop and job site.
  • Material Receiving Process: Verify materials align with standards, drawings, and specs.
  • Weld and NDE Mapping: Keep a sharp eye on visual inspections.
  • NDE Report Management: Trace radiographic film and NDE reports.
  • Welder Certification Oversight: Manage our skilled welders.
  • QC Turnover Manual: Organize project files for smooth client handover.
  • X-Ray Requests and Hydrotesting: Dive into the details.
  • NCR Control: Identify and correct non-conformities.
  • QC Audits: Ensure adherence to QA/QC standards.
