Requirements

Do you have what it takes?

  • LPN or RN certification is an asset
  • Previous experience as a physician’s assistant or in the Medical Aesthetics Industry
  • Proficiency in Windows Office, Windows Publisher, EMR
  • Retail Experience (beneficial)
  • Outstanding communication and client rapport (Required)
  • Possess a professional demeanour, polished and poised in appearance
  • Strong Administrative skills
  • Outgoing and welcoming persona

Responsibilities

  • Provide five-star holistic, ethical, and integral care to our dedicated patients, and be the welcoming face of the clinic.
  • Assist physicians with procedures and work as their extender in fostering a positive relationship.
  • Maintain patient charts in the Patient Management System.
  • Receive inventory
  • Effect the use of a variety of communication platforms and software.
  • Work effectively both independently and in teams.
  • Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
