Mission statement

Reporting to the Director of Operations and Compliance, this position provides essential support for the smooth running of insurance and investment operations. The incumbent ensures quality and consistency and plays a key role in customer service.

Job responsibilities

For Example, You Will Have To

  • Receive requests from advisors and initiate the various processes that follow
  • Process and verify service transactions until they are completed
  • Enter and update information in internal systems
  • Generate, submit, and file forms related to changes
  • Prepare DocuSign Electronic Signatures
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, and external partners
  • Receive and prioritize front-line communications (calls and emails)
  • Work with the team to ensure thorough follow-up on cases
  • Participate in various projects and suggest ways to improve internal processes
  • Maintain a professional and efficient customer experience
  • Comply with data privacy and security standards

Profile required

  • 1 to 2 years of experience; experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • AEC or DEC in business administration, finance, or a related field
  • Excellent command of written and spoken French
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Proficiency with the Office suite and technological literacy
  • Independence, reliability, and a systematic and organized approach
  • Rigor and attention to detail
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and workload
