The Opportunity

Are you a strategic negotiator with a passion for technology and a knack for cost optimization? Karone is looking for a bilingual IT Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our technical teams and global vendors, ensuring we secure the best technology solutions at the best possible price.

This is a full-time, permanent, remote position for a fluently bilingual (French/English) professional.

Your Mission

• Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for IT hardware, software, and cloud services (SaaS, IaaS).
• Negotiate contracts with international vendors (Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce, etc.) to optimize costs and terms.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and new technology opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations across different jurisdictions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for French-speaking suppliers and internal stakeholders.

What You Bring to the Table

• Languages: Fluent in French & English (written and spoken) – Non-negotiable.
• Experience: 3+ years in IT procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management.
• Skills: Strong negotiation skills, analytical mindset, and a deep understanding of the IT landscape.
• Tools: Experience with ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
