Estate Planning Attorney

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Wills, Powers of Attorney, Representation Agreements, trusts, corporate Wills, and estate planning strategies.
• Lead client meetings, provide recommendations, discuss fees, and guide matters through implementation.
• Build and maintain strong client and professional referral relationships.
• Collaborate with accountants, financial advisors, corporate lawyers, and other professionals.
• Manage matters with support from dedicated paralegal and administrative teams.

Qualifications

• Active membership in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia.
• 3+ years of experience primarily focused on estate planning.
• Strong client-facing, communication, and advisory skills.
• Experience with complex estate planning strategies.
• STEP/TEP designation or experience with corporate Wills and trusts is an asset.
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity in Vancouver.
