Sprinkler Estimator

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for fire sprinkler projects, including tenant improvements, residential, and retrofit work.
• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Perform material take-offs and develop pricing.
• Obtain supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, field staff, and clients.
• Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings as required.
• Track bid submissions and identify value engineering opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fire sprinkler estimating or related mechanical/construction estimating experience.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA codes, fire protection systems, and applicable building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
