Landscape Designer & Sales Consultant | Owen Sound, ON

A leading landscape design-build company is hiring a Landscape Designer & Sales Consultant to guide homeowners from initial consultation and design through proposal and closing.

This is an opportunity for a landscape professional with strong design and construction knowledge who wants to combine that expertise with high-ticket sales.

Compensation & Perks

  • $100K–$120K expected Year 1 earnings
  • High performers earning up to ~$140K
  • Profit sharing + matching RRSP
  • Medical benefits + 5 weeks PTO
  • $5,000 relocation assistance
  • Primarily inbound leads
  • Average projects $70K–$80K, with projects up to $1.5M

Ideal Background

  • 1+ year of landscape design or construction experience
  • Strong knowledge of landscape construction, patios, grading, planting, and horticulture
  • Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software
  • Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or Horticulture background preferred
  • Landscape sales/design-build experience is a major plus
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage clients from concept to close
