What This Role Will Be Doing

The Literature Fulfillment Associate supports the day-to-day production, assembly, organization, and shipment of literature and sample materials. This role is responsible for accurately pulling, preparing, assembling, packaging, and shipping materials while maintaining quality and safety standards. The role works closely with the Inventory Specialist and Literature Operations Team Lead to ensure department work is completed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pull, prepare, assemble, package and ship literature and sample orders according to department priorities and quality standards.
  • Cut and prepare sample materials to approved sizes and specifications using department equipment and following established safety procedures.
  • Assist with the assembly of sample kits, displays, product launch packets, contractor boxes, and other approved marketing materials.
  • Coordinate mailing and shipment preparation using company-approved carrier methods
  • Support physical inventory counts, inventory organization, labeling, stocking, and general housekeeping in the literature/sample storage area.
  • Identify and report low stock, damaged materials, fulfillment delays, equipment concerns or quality issues
  • Follow documented SOP’s, safety expectations, quality control steps, and department workflows.
  • Assist with equipment setup, routine department organization, and identifying process improvement opportunities.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1+ year in inventory management, warehouse operations or related experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, quality and pace.
  • Positive communication, teamwork, dependability, and continuous improvement mindset.
  • High level of accountability and ownership.
  • Experience with inventory systems (M3 / ERP) preferred
  • Basic math and inventory reconciliation skills.

Working Demands / Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend and work in fast-paced environment for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely use approved department tools and equipment such as table saws, chop saws, or computerized saws.
