Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant - Engineering & Technical in the Staffing Industry in a hybrid work environment in Calgary, Alberta.

How you will make an impact

• Proactively source engineering and technical professionals through outreach, networking, referrals, targeted recruitment campaigns, and compelling job postings
• Conduct thoughtful, high-impact interviews and align candidates to opportunities that match their skills and career goals
• Prepare strong candidate submissions while guiding candidates through interview preparation, client interviews, and debrief discussions
• Manage end-to-end order fulfilment with accuracy and urgency to meet client needs
• Maintain timely, high-quality data within the applicant tracking system to support recruitment activities
• Complete reference checks and support candidate onboarding to ensure a seamless experience

• Proven recruitment experience supporting engineering and technical roles, with the resilience to navigate complex and competitive talent markets
• A natural ability to engage, influence, and build trust; driven by curiosity, credibility, and persistence in long-cycle recruitment conversations
• Strong activity discipline and personal accountability, with a track record of pushing through challenges to deliver high-performance results
• Confidence communicating with diverse audiences across industries and skill levels, even in high-pressure or ambiguous situations
• High level of self-sufficiency and adaptability, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the grit to quickly learn new systems and tools
• Hands-on experience using ATS and/or CRM platforms to stay organized, prioritize effectively, and maintain momentum in fast-paced environments
